Light Shaping Studio Pty Ltd, operating under the name Szabi Nemeth Photography (ABN 866 074 665 80), has diligently ensured that all information on this website is current and accurate as of the date of publication or any subsequent modifications.

PRICING AND PRODUCT DETAILS

There may be changes in prices, specifications, product availability, and conditions of sales at any time without prior notification.

Despite meticulous proofreading, a very small number of items may be listed with incorrect pricing or typographical errors. Final prices are verified and confirmed at the moment you place and process your order.

All listed prices on the Szabi Nemeth Photography website are in Australian dollars ($AUD).

DELIVERY AND FREIGHT

Upon receipt of your order, we will begin processing your details and place an order with our print and frame partners. Since all orders are made upon request, the expected wait time for an unframed print is approximately five (5) working days plus shipping time, and fifteen (15) working days plus shipping time for a framed print and acrylic wall mount Should there be any unforeseen delays, we will attempt to notify you via email.

We aim for shipping costs calculated at the time of purchase to be precise, but discrepancies may occur. If shipping costs are more than expected, we will endeavour to absorb minor differences. However, if the disparity is substantial, we reserve the right to bill you for the additional cost.

Dispatched prints are shipped via carriers such as Australia Post or TNT, and we directly manage the handover to the courier. Tracking information will be provided once your item is dispatched. It is crucial to provide an accurate delivery address, as any items returned to us due to incorrect address details will incur a re-dispatch fee. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

You acknowledge and accept that we are not responsible for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred due to shipping or import taxes into the destination country.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We handle every order with exceptional care and consider individual circumstances. Nevertheless, should any mishaps or inaccuracies arise, you must inform Szabi Nemeth Photography immediately after delivery of any defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to address the issue.

Cancellation of an order after it has been submitted to our printing lab, barring extraordinary situations, may result in a cancellation charge of up to the full amount paid.
