The short version
Who you'd be working with
I've been diving for over 30 years and shooting for more than 20. I work in photo and video, above and below the surface, and I'm happiest in open water with big animals: whales, sharks, mantas, anything that makes the job interesting.
My work has been published internationally, featured by National Geographic Hungary and shown in a global National Geographic exhibition. In 2026 my vertical sperm whale pod image took Gold at the Epson International Pano Awards. I'm also a PADI Freediving Instructor, so I can hold my breath for the shot and still have enough left to bring it home.
I run small group wildlife expeditions under Wild Pangea, which means I know how to plan for remote locations, tight weather windows and animals that don't read the call sheet.

Campaigns that look like the ocean actually feels
I shoot stills and video for brands that make sense underwater: dive and freedive gear, camera housings, wetsuits, travel, sustainable products and anyone telling an honest ocean story. Real conditions, real animals, no fake reef in a studio pool.
The best fits are brands I'd use myself and would happily put in front of my audience. If it doesn't feel right for the animals or the people who follow my work, I'll tell you early so neither of us wastes time.

02 · Image licensing
Use an image or clip from my archive
Twenty years of shooting means a deep archive of whales, sharks, reefs and remote places, in stills and video. Magazines, books, documentaries, exhibitions, advertising and packaging all welcome.
Editorial and commercial use are priced differently, so the more you tell me, the faster I can quote. I don't sign all rights buyouts, and I don't swap images for exposure.
The image or clip you want (a link or screenshot is fine) · how it will be used · where it will appear (print, web, social, broadcast) · the territory and how long you need it · your deadline
I usually reply with a quote within a few working days.

For dive operators, liveaboards and tourism boards
You run a great operation. I can show it the way divers and swimmers actually experience it, and in some cases bring a small group of guests along with me.
Dive and freedive operators
Photo and video of your sites, boats, crew and encounters, for your website, socials and ads.
Liveaboards and resorts
A full content package from a trip on board or a stay on site, plus a hosted Wild Pangea group where it fits.
Tourism boards and agencies
Destination campaigns, familiarisation trips and wildlife stories that sell a place without overselling it.
Every partnership is shaped around what you need: a flat fee, a hosted trip, a content exchange on top of a fee, or a mix. I only take guests to places I've been in the water myself, so a scouting trip is often the first step.

Some projects don't fit a box. A private shoot on your own trip, a short documentary, an editorial assignment, or a once in a lifetime moment in the water you want captured properly. If it involves water, wildlife or a good story, let's talk.

Before you send
How fast do you reply?
Usually within a few working days. If I'm out on an expedition with no signal, it can take a little longer, but every message gets an answer.
What do you charge?
Every job is different, so I quote per project based on the scope, location, usage and time in the water. Tell me your budget and I'll tell you honestly what it can cover.
Do you do gifted or unpaid collaborations?
Rarely, and only when the brand is a genuine fit and I'd use the product anyway. Gear alone doesn't cover a shoot, so most projects are paid.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, for unreleased products and campaigns that's normal. Send it over with your first message.
Do you travel for work?
Yes. I'm based in Australia and work worldwide. Travel and accommodation are added to the quote, and I'll always suggest the best season for the animals you want.
